I’m sure some of you are thinking ‘there are plenty of coaches around, what’s different about this one?’ I don’t blame you!
Everyone is different and not everyone ‘matches’, so choosing a coach is always a very personal decision – whether you’re looking for executive or personal coaching. The first step is usually an informal chat, either face-to-face or on the phone – just to see if we feel comfortable with each other.
Before you pick up the phone you might feel reassured to know:
- I’m qualified through the world’s largest and most successful coach training organisation; the Coaching Academy with lots of certificates and diplomas to back that up – so you can be confident that I have a solid knowledge base to work with you and I operate within a defined code of ethics.
- I am a trained facilitator – so you can be sure everyone gets their say in workshop sessions.
- I have a Foundation Degree in Business Administration – to go with my 32 years of experience in the Public Sector, mainly in human resources – which means I know how the corporate environment operates.
- I have qualifications and experience in various personality profiling methods so you’ll have access to a range of tools to establish your natural aptitudes and strengths.
My passion is people and I love to work with both individuals and business owners, so that the people and businesses can really achieve at a level that may have appeared beyond their reach before.
As part of my commitment to social enterprise some of the revenue I receive from Corporate & Executive Coaching allows me to undertake voluntary coaching for pupils in primary and secondary schools around Bath. I am also able to coach homeless people and run workshops for Julian House Homeless Charity.
